With the expectation of creating the so-called "third space," the higher education Sprout Project in our school focuses on reforming students' subject learning as well as self-learning, constructing a new teaching culture, and promoting the production of maker works to demonstrate our educational performance. In addition, we have implemented the school governance and set up a subsidy mechanism for the disadvantaged students. As the only medical college in Miaoli County, we make good use of resources such as medical manpower and equipment to assist urban and rural education development and provide health promotion services. That is, we applied our profession and became a social think tank.
